ok i been on the phone with my bank perfect world and pay pal and i still cant buy my founders pack i am truly upset with this and hope it gets fixed before the next beta

ok for the last 3 hours i have been trying to buy the hero of the north founders pack i have contacted paypal and there is nothing wrong with that account i been trying to buy this and i keep getting error messages somebody please help me so i can get the 200 dollar pack and be in the next beta weekend
