Im getting this same issue, getting kicked back to character selection screen every 10-30 seconds.

I've checked it for over 2 weeks, and I finally have it available to me today. (after they went through their site maintenance of course) So those of you who are still having issues, please check again. It looks like it's FINALLY fixed, despite their utter lack of communication.

I also didn't receive my bag or retaining tokens. i also didn't get the extra character slot. ETA: It looks like I got my slot and token, but no bag of holding available from the claim or in my inventory.
