I think you have to actually buy some. I say this because I too transferred 500 zen into neverwinter from the "Zen Wallet", all 500 were from filling out surveys @ Peanut Labs. It's been 2 days, and I have yet to receive any in game mail about a bonus package. :( YMMV

I encountered this bug yesterday, what I did to get around it was to open another window just as I am clicking "Rearrange Hud" It is a bit of a PITA but it worked for me. Just as you are clicking on "Rearrange Hud", tap "J" on your keyboard to bring up the journal, the journal will appear in the center, but the HUD also…

an easy fix to stop the spawn killing idiots, would be to remove that little "ledge" from those walls near the spawns in the rivenscar map and to remove the pillars from near the spawns on the other map (hotenow?) problem solved...

I have noticed this as well, both with the gateway and in-game. Only fix I've seen so far is to wait until the rares "update". Seems all the other tasks come back then. I figured it was just me, I should have known better.
