Strictly speaking no, there is no 'OR' logic in the Foundry engine. However, many clever folks have found ways around it and fudging 'OR' logic. Try this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rqnwZBn67o It certainly helped me. :)

I'm having the same problems. Yesterday no problems at all, today I can't do 3D editing without pressing '=' twice, all my NPC dialogue is blank and I can't exit the conversations and, judging by the in-Foundry chat channels, so is everyone else. All since the patch.
