yes they are definitely bugged or something was put in place to only alow you so much then are shut down for a while or where changed to lesser % but they haven't redone the tooltip yet

well at least yours work since mod 6 they been bugged 2 characters 1 11% another 16% killing over 100 lvl 73 mobs and nothing then all a sudden work then nothing again one run nothing for 3 days and not even in group all solo kills definitely bugged my guildies have the same problem to is sad

So when are dragon's hoard enchants going to be "fixed" or at least update the tool tip please. 16% 1 character and 11% on another and go hours on end no proc killing 100+ 73 lvl mobs is no joke. Many of my guildies and friends noticed this to so what gives? any response would be very welcomed
