I'd have to go for wipe, too much has gone on since launch for a rollback to fix the majority of things. As for bans then, well, whatever they brought into the game via glitches (AD, Zen, whatever) then sold/traded would still be in the game even after their account got wiped however if you rollback their accounts and…
