  • Well I don't have an application tab cause I can't get past the update launcher...which tries 23 times as I said above :-(

  • I am having the same problem. I have tried 23 times and then it says, "unable to establish connection to patch server. Please check your internet connection. If problem persists, contact technical assistance." So where specifically am I suppose to go for tech assistance cause I have done everything on my end to fix…
