  • In my opinion, Wizard lack of good aoe At-Will, and Storm Pillar is not good enough . But i think, with a bit of changes encounter Lightning bolt could be a good at-will. It could hit enemies in cone in front of character with linghning strikes or something like this. And Storm pillar would be a good encounter for a single…
