Launcher has the following text now: "Dragon is currently down. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible" At least it's something.

Same experience here. Everything was going fine. Now Dragon is offline. Also, it looks like my whole account reset (showing 0-2 characters created, even though I have 3 empty character slots).

I completely agree with you Dardove (having 5x slotted level 7 Savage enchantments in my GWF that are worthless and not wanting to spend the AD to unslot them and procure new enchantments) that we are just frustrated. Just redeemed a card, did not get the 15% bonus amount applied. Also, based on the select screen, if you are purchasing $50 or more, it's not really 15% since it looks like they take away the usual bonus (e.g., +300 zen for $50), so this is really only about 9% bonus for amounts over $50. Not sure if this is the intended…
