So just got home from work after not being able to log on yesterday.... did the 2nd update.... annnnd still freezes instantly. Is this happening to everyone else?

I did meet all the criteria, chest glows and allows me to open just like on my other toons. But doesnt show the drop screen and hence no drops. This only happens on my cleric. Also happens on a few other arbiters i know.
