I'm not sure how arenas means turning a game into WOW. WOW did not create arenas. Just b/c a game succeeds or fails at a concept doesn't mean every other game will.
Sure wish I could work on a Foundry map while the server is offline... How is this not a good idea? I understand that it may be an issue controlling potential hacking since files will need to be saved client-side; however, there must be a way!
You, my friend, get it... However, I feel some people are posting random things that make no sense. I've said it a couple times that my post has nothing to do with issues that have happened. I've also said that I am a founder (meaning I paid money for the game), and I will continue paying money to the game as long as it's…
Haha, not sure why I bothered. Even though I like the game, but have a single negative thing to say about the company's tactics (which is correct based on the definition), the cultists go 100% on the defensive. I really wasn't trying to argue my point. It is pretty clear, and was just trying to educate. I didn't mean to…
Really not trying to prove anything. I like the game, and really do want it to be successful. However, this tactic does bother me (on a personal level). The purpose of the post was to vent and educate (both somewhat pointless I suppose).
What is "full, official release"? For the entire life of a game, it will have bugs, etc. The very clear definition of beta (stated in my initial post) sums it up. Taking pre-purchase payments allowing beta access as a perk is one thing. This is full commercial release. Maybe it is just me, but I really do take slight…
OK, maybe my intentions were not clear in my initial post. My post honestly has nothing to do with the outages, issues, etc. My intention is focused on calling this "Open Beta." Even if it was absolutely flawless, I disagree with this new trend. It comes across as deceitful.
There is one XP boost potion that comes with the "Adventurer's Helper Pack." It gives 10k exp. I still haven't found an answer for this. People in zone chat say you can transfer, but noone seems to know why I can't mail them. Has anyone been able to transfer the potion?
