• Dipped my toe in the water and leveled to 20-ish on PC. It was fun, but felt the heavy action-oriented gameplay would be nicer on console. Tried xb1 version - wow, it was bad. Deleted 2 hours in. • is the "extra character slot" an actual item to redeem or does it just get added to account? i got the chest, haven't opened it, and it has everything listed except the "extra character slot."

• how did you get it to work when it says the purchase needs to be completed thru Arc? i bought from PSN, too, got an acheivement that I was a "first time buyer" but the item is still "unable to purchase" in Zen Market.
