• Log on the preview server with a Guardian fighter and see your self, TR has a 9 sec cd with 3 charges.

• The change is for GF only, if you log on your GF, you will see it has 3 charges with 9 sec cd. As one the dev's said, they are planing to keep GWF mobility unchanged till they test the gwf after all the changes take place.
