Yea i looked at all three tabs and on the character who bought it and they didn't have it equipped so i sent the ticket in hopefully i can still get the bag.

I bought the Heirloom pack and got everything but the greater bag of holding, i went back to the rewards claim vendor and checked all the tabs and it was not in there.
