Yes , the sound worked, stopped working suddenly . I made a backup of the game 'm downloading Neverwinter again. I hope it works.

My game does not recognize my sound card . When I press ESC , options , sounds at the location that should be my sound card does not have any option to choose . I use windows 10 when used the windows 8 never have this problem . I'm at work so I get home I put a SS .
