I got the guardian founders pack and was wondering if all characters get the items? If so then y can I not find my items in mail or anywhere else? Want to know if my other char gets the mount or do I have to buy one for second char

I am getting same as everyone else, I log in the poof there she goes off my screen and nada.

What I did not like in all is the changing of instances. Is there a better way or faster way to join ur friends instead of open map click instances look for friend opps not there then start over again.
