  • You wouldn't be able to save your Foundry creation to load it into normal play, would you? Edit: STO took out that ability not too long ago. I wouldn't be surprised if this game did as well.
  • Claiming to not be rude, then go on to be rude some more. Sure, whatever. I'm here because I want to play, and I had a concern. And it's "for one tiny little thing" to you, but not to me. It's an OCD issue, and you just putting it off as little makes you look like a Richard cranium.
  • You shouldn't. Yeah, completely ignoring the fact that his post was pretty rude... I'd play that game too if my computer could handle it. Looks pretty nice. Character customization, as I understand it, has always been a part of D&D even before MMOs. I'm not sure why anyone would approach a question about expanding…
  • In your opinion. Why should I care about your opinion?
  • Yeah. Got a problem with it? I hope so. This game looks pretty nice otherwise.
  • I'm not using the word 'fix' as in 'repair', I'm using the word 'fix' as in 'remedy'. I don't think it's going to happen either, but it's what is preventing me from playing this otherwise spectacular game. That's all. Now if they choose not to include it, fine. But what if they merely overlooked it...?
  • But it isn't there. Yes you can customize waist width, but you can not customize waist length. Unless it's an additional feature at tailors and not character creation, it's just not there.
  • Well technically NOW the mods have every logical reason to lock the thread, as we're sorely off-topic...
  • That is true. If I could have started a new thread, I would have done so today instead of posting in a thread thread that was already being necroed.
  • I wish the mods would at least open a new thread up after closing the necros. Just stopping the discussion entirely is basically just a big middle finger to those of us who are actually making the topic still relevant.
  • Charisma by definition is a mental trait, not dictated by physical appearance. Though I admit I have no idea how D&D handles it.
  • Customizing your character's appearance is a part of being unique. Function isn't the only thing that's important to some of us. :) Edit: Though fwiw, I do wish appearance customization would yield functional results. Big characters with more strength/defense, small characters with more evasion, clothing/armor that…
  • Right, and a height slider too. Can't forget that. That's practically the bread and butter of heavy character customization.
  • I would REALLY love hip width/torso length sliders in character appearance customization. In fact, those have personally become the sole reasons why I haven't committed to this game yet. It's perfect otherwise.
