Maybe you should make it as clear as possible for this guy - "The game has already launched" - the term "soft launch" seems to confuse people, they never realize that soft launched games are already final...

Last time the exploit was even bigger and a 7h rollback was the solution to this so I guess that this time it will most likely be done without a rollback. Like 48 hours or so - that is something I could live with - but thank god no wipe, that is what needed to be said once and for all.

Amen to that - it will regulate itself again once the main exploiters are banned and the main part of the AD is being erased with their accounts.

Easy logic here - he is working long and hard each day and he has little time to play - on the other side, his hard work does earn him money, and obviously, lots of, so he wants to achieve something in the few hours he has for playing - with money.

Especially then when it was OFFICIALLY stated that there will be no character wipes prior to April 25th and giving people things like 5 day head starts - get over it, this game was already soft-launched and beta does only mean that the can do maintenance whenever they want.

Genau das, aehem.... exactly this, but many people here seem to have too much time since the only thing they are worried about is the money, which, surely, is valuable, too, but the time cannot be refunded.

Yeah sure - think what you want - I did not even know about all that stuff until I had a chance to log into the game today - I am simply saying that a wipe will hit many many people who did not even know about this exploit, like myself, and the ones who actually did exploit will come up with something new in the future and…

As I said in another thread - the time is the valuable thing, not the money - and all those guys having nothing else to do than playing gaames are the ones asking for a wipe, any rational thinking person who has to think about what they can do with their time will not support a complete wipe.

Yeah, maybe they should wipe the game every month to avoid exploits. Maybe all this is exaggerated because NO game out there is free of exploits and more important - do you actually believe that this is the last exploit that will hit the game ? You would lose everything except the real money things you paid for - so yes, all your characters and gear is lost - that is the reason why I myself dont want a wipe at all...I simply do not have the time to do everything again - compared to some no-lifers asking for a wipe...

Maybe you guys start finalizing what you are saying - first no rollback, now they are investigating, man what is it up to now ? A server wipe will be the death to this game though since I would quit surely if I lost all stuff PLUS my early access bonus...

That is one of the folders in the live folder BUT is there no .exe file in that is called "gameclient.exe" ? This is the default path for starting the game at all. You do not have to look for another folder once you are in "live", there must be this exec file.

It is no folder, it is the executable in the live folder - Cryptic Studios/Neverwiner/Live - here you will find "gameclient.exe".

Gameclient is no folder, it is the .exe to start the game. It is in the "live" folder, called gameclient.exe
