May be you didnt play your pally right, I never had any issue with a CW or a TR when it come to one on one (and yes, I almost never use divine call in Domination because I'm too shame to use such broken feat). Thats why I said its tricky because it wont go down to 0 due to negation efect. I think since cw shield (without negation) goes down to zero in (3?) hits, and negation stack up (the best one) 9% in 3 hits, that should only give 9% DR AFTER 3 hits.
