Correct. You cannot hit B to close, you cannot do anything but close the game from the Xbox menu as it completely locks out all other actions within the game itself.

I attempted to purchase both a shared bank slot, and an appearance respect token, multiple times, and each time nothing would go through on the purchase. My Zen amount did not change after the attempted purchases, and no items were actually bought.

Zen Market allows purchasing again on the Xbox One - I was just able to purchase some items I wanted.

Bound Greater Bags of Holding can now be discarded. It requires a special step to do so, but you can now free up your bank or inventory slots at least.

Mounts purchased prior are still able to be obtained in the Zen Market at least without problems, and they did fix the undiscardable Greater Bags of Holding issue.

These bags should not be like this. I get it - they want to make money so they make them to where they cannot be sold in the trade house and you cannot transfer them between characters (which, you should be able to, since it's all the same account). But making them to where they cannot be discarded is poor planning.
