  • Except that’s not what is needed to Tank. Fighter and Barbarian just build one way, and can tank fine with that same build because the goals of capping stats then stacking HP and Power work just fine for DPS and Tanking. Even Paladin tanks build this way. Only healing has this pressure to have a unique set of gear.

  • I’ve tried healing without Outgoing Healing, at 130k Power my heals are simply not adequate. If your argument is I should have 150k or more power, I’m not sure that is any different.   • I thought I was done, but... Warlock is like playing NW in Hard Mode. If you get it to work for you, its fine, if you don't its terrible. That's not a good place for a class to be in. Warlock still needs a major rework, because that wasn't done during the beta when we were saying it did.

  • Well for a start it doesn't work with Smite at all. I would have to respec and check, but unless they broke something it works as advertised.

  • Note that “fixed” for Tenebrous means that only Rank 15 offers 8% and there is a hard cap on the amount of damage you can do. 1 Tene is good, more is questionable.
  • My Ranger is short of running LoMM by 1k iL or so, and so I’ve really only been doing MEs with her. My main observation is that staying “as far away as possible” is a bad plan.   • I’m having a lot of fun. I enjoy having to think about play decisions. Also as a tank main I would rather have those Oathkeeper shields than the heals from a DC in LoTMM.
  • If you make a barrier based build (and you should imo as a tank main) then the feat is a bad choice. If you don’t make a barrier based build then it’s the better of the 2 feats, because it lets you heal the whole party for more.
