20€ on Zen, bought 4 character slots (2 used, 2 waiting for new races/classes), not going to spend anymore in a foreseeable future unless they get lot more content in and make the pricing more palatable.
Monsters should not be immune to traps, nor take lesser damage from them. Now, if they can make good enough AI so the monsters simply don't step on the traps, great, but traps should hurt anyone that sets foot in them.
- Ability to switch characters without logging in again. - Way to do skirmishes after i out level them for the achievement - Place to leave public messages about items i have to trade (not AH, don't want AD, just got some T1 epics i could trade for more class appropriate ones), and what i would be willing to trade them for.
level 60 CW, rank 5 healer companion, medium combat. All in all, awesome quest, loved the dialogue, although it felt like i was either going to be easily tricked fool, or a blood thirsty psycho (maybe add an uncaring mercenary type dialogue in future chapters?), neither of which really grab me, as my more "evil" characters…
61% of the people answering the poll are demanding a complete wipe. Very important difference, as i doubt everyone is reading forums, or answering the poll. Anyway, i'm againt wipe, this is a time for targeted hits (and AH rollback), not nuking the HAMSTER out of everything.
No wipes, no rollbacks. Ban the exploiting accounts, remove the AD and items made, slap on the wrist to everyone having bought the items that were clearly sold under a fair price (20g cat? lol no) and maybe return them their gold/AD or whatever. If i loose my level 60 CW, i doubt i will be willing to level one back up…
There is no one true accepted definition of P2W. One of the definitions in use is the ability to buy power not otherwise accessible, another is the ability to simply buy power faster, that could be gained in other ways. This game fits one of those definitions, there may be others.
On paper, CW's are very fragile. In practice, they're though as hell due to ability to teleport/dodge 3 times in a row, and having small scale cc's up the HAMSTER. Grab a healing companion, load icy conduit on tab, entangling force, Chill Strike and Repel on other slots and take the train to murder town. If i need to drink…
The levelling is too fast. i'm left Chasm at level 54, and all the mobs there are 49, i missed the Chasm skirmish completely, by the time i entered Chasm i was beinh shunted to the Drow Skirmish instead, i could not queue to the Icespire dungeon because i out levelled by the time i was halfway through the Icespire. Either…
I play a CW, and I get annoyed by the knockbacks. I'm built on aoe, and when i got them all for steal time and Conduit of Ice, someone comes and knocks them all out of aoe range just before cast goes of.
No rollbacks or wipes. If possible, find out who the exploiters are and confiscate their AD/ZEN and maybe remove their characters, but no rollbacks that hurt those of us who don't exploit.
was in the sky swamp yesterday, and at the end i was starting to get constant rubberbanding, as well as getting bumped around like i was running into invisible mobs (there might have been, i keep seeing mobs appearing and disappearing at random), and the fight at the last boss of solo quests was downright insane. went to a…
Never did mad dragon, the dungeon after that i completed without a tank (couple wizards, couple rogues, cleric). Not hard, but fairly challenging (died once due to falling down from a rock that was not there), adds were still annoying. It's not about how hard the fights are, it's how entertaining they are, and most people…
Can i use it? No? Greed! Do i know the stats? No? Greed! Do i have something better? Yes? Greed! Only things i really need on are the enchants and runes, bot only if others in the group need as well.
This is not a bug, a balance issue, or simple lack of content due to time constraints. This is a very basic design flaw. Bosses are weak, stupid, and lack any interesting abilities, instead, they bring more trash to for us to clean up. This should never have come up in the first place, and if they did not have any actual…
per use. Me, i would, and did, use ZEN for character slots, and would use more for more character slots provided they give my good classes and races to use them on. Also, housing.
otherwise i don't really mind the zen store prices, but the price of bags and the price of re specks is way too high. Even the bags i could understand, it is incredibly annoying, but fine, i can deal. But the re specks, in a game where some feats are bugged, and tooltips are, at best, unhelpful, yeah, no. Those need to go…
I very much disagree with this. Just because two classes may look similar at a glance, as long as they have different abilities and play styles, they can stand besides each other in game on their own merits. Artificially hamstrunging classes in order to make them more superficially varied just cheapens the game.
Also, with the sheer amount of adds the bosses spawn, there is not enough control to keep them actually controlled, so you pretty much have to go for the dps instead to take them down before they gank the cleric. That's from playing to level 40 though, so maybe it'll get better.
So, basicly, Cryptic had a pick of 2 types of clerics, and they picked the less fun one. Well the blame gets evenly distributed, hopefully they'll get us a the fun cleric as well eventually. for now i'll stick to my DC for daily prayers and dungeon AD runs.
