  • I've been able to run Neverwinter without any problems with Afterburner constantly running in background. I'm playing in maximized window mode (like fullscreen but easily alt-tabbable) on Windows 7 64-bit. Afterburner is version 2.2.4, and also running the on-screen display server for fps.
