Ah if it is giving a -%mitigation like others that goes beyond 0% instead of reducing the need for ArPen, yeah that changes things. The regen is still sucky though. =P

High vizier might actually be near worthless for properly geared groups, since people will cap ArPen for their own chars pretty much since it is the top DPS stat till the def% cap. Also you will lose almost 600 rating points on regen, which is... *snort* =P Shadow weaver isn't about own dmg at dracolich, but the rogues.…

Unfortunately you waste almost 600 points on regen with vizier. =P I'd be most interested in Archmage, Gladiator and Shadow Weaver set 4 point powers, Archmage especially could be very surprising (-4sec cooldown on all encounter powers with some combo? that's MASSIVE)

Blablabla, tbh. As many many others have pointed out, a skilled CW won't need "all that jazz" to pour everything on purely control aspects. I mostly do: Ray + Mastery Chill = the chill hits the rayed mob, and I think it causes the increased dmg on ALL hit (use ctrl to lock both spells on same target in a bunch of mobs)…

Easy as control wizard? You should recheck, because as a CW I have currently used all my offensive enchants for ArPen, all my own and ioun stones non-set pieces have ArPen or offense slots, and I still am not at 2200 ArPen. It's not "easy" at all... mind you I don't have very high rank enchants since most pieces are still…
