Same. I can only do 4 dig sites.

Unstable potions from the alchemy profession have a chance to do that. Is it possible that you had some on your hotbar and didn't realize it?

Keep in mind that those random buffs are also accompanied by a 4% increase to all damage, so it's not bad, but like others said, it's not quite on par with relic.

They're correct. The box opens automatically and the reward flashes very quickly in the bottom right corner of the screen. It's easy to miss, so I understand the concern.

Finally restored my Aboleth set today so I don't have to worry about Arcanic Focus anymore. The process wasn't complete torture but I wouldn't want to do it again.

Got 6 today (2 from daily and 4 from digs) and 5 yesterday (2 from daily 3 from digs.) 20 digs today and 18 yesterday. So yeah, if you spend your time grinding digs it will move things along faster. The change is good as far as I can tell.

I got the boon yesterday. It works just like the description says and has a decent proc rate. A small, bubbly cloud forms over the heads of surrounding enemies, rendering them immobile for 4 seconds.

I'll second this. After reading another post with this same complaint, I kept track of my Focus. Started with 6 yesterday, logged out with 9. Logged back in today and had 8. Collected 3 more more tonight for a total of 11. Logged out for a bit, logged back in and had 10. So yeah, it's a frickin' problem. Not to mention I'm…
