• yeah really the only problem is the "IF you can land it" -- that's a pretty big "if." It takes a lot of skill, and even still, it probably isn't reliable to be a primary at-will. but as a secondary, it could work.

• Quick correction -- Green = Uncommon and Blue = Rare. That said, in regards to the OP, I also think max ranks on companions is annoying.
