Belt items or not, the problem persists. Your solution does not apply to most of the people who have this issue. Nice dodge though... This is a quality of life issue. I would like to do something with my character, but I've stripped him down and still can not change load out.

I only have masterwork recipe on one artisan and the game let me get the recipes in Port Nyanzaru for all except alchemy. That said, I think you may have a point. I've had the same problem. It went away and came back again. For me it was one enchantment for defense that caused it to happen again. You start tweaking a load out and it the problem comes back. I had to remember what the last changes i made before and go backwards, changing them back to when it worked. That being said,…
