I'd like to point out that the justice capstone feat isn't entirely broken on protection paladins, just mostly. While I have seen no cooldown reduction or damage increase, I have had instant divine call refills on encounter use with popup text "vengeful judge," so the feat is only mostly broken and useless

I can say with some certainty that Ice Knife will add three stacks of the debuff to targets but only add one stack of the buff to you, but I don't know about other dailies.

I'm finding, at least in PvP, that my powers are starting to go into cooldown even if I don't get them off once they're interrupted mid cast. Had this happen with chill strike for sure, and I have a suspicion it happened with entangling force, but was a little distracted when I got interrupted then. Really irritating to…
