Actually old style is still the same just level 70 now and its buffed some unless you mean the higher quality one now that crafts at level 5 ice shaping.

My DC Veterano di Guerra in Waterdhavian Shirt and Cult of the Dragon Garb colored in Celestial Grace Dye. Also along with a Dragon Bone Scepter transmuted to a graycloak's Holy Symbol. Still only level 38 BUT I am proud of my little PvP Cleric. :D
