• Try this (it works for me): go to the laucher, go to options in the upper part of the screen, find the "game" part and mark "safe mode". Then save your choice. Then click on "play" (keep the window minimized till the game reaches the character selection part) and you should be able to pass the loading screen perfectly ^^…
