Tell them that when you block too much , it fails the block though it looks as if it's blocking and it gives you invulnerability for a few seconds when it happens and is spammable, they'll fix it by tomorrow. and yes this happens to my gf in pvp all the time and it pisses me off.

best money I ever spent, I'd much rather have that than my zen back from the now useless diamonds I converted them to weeks ago in the hopes of them getting me a little more zen back as the game settled in without a series of major exploits including this one that created diamonds of out of thin air like moses.
