You guys are lucky ... for hours (all day really) I cant get past the "Patching" stage in the bottom left ... I cant even achieve a % yet and it doesnt look like it is going to change.

OK, I have really tried my due diligence on this, but cant seem to find the answer. For the Founder's packs, do you get these items for every character or not? Needless to say, I am now a little nervous about playing this game at all and spending any money, the more I look over all these stories of not being able to pay, not getting what you paid for, etc.
