He said it was against a training dummy yaka mobs. Mobs don't have a defense stat (only players do), anything vs. a mobs subtracts from their mitigation, there nothing else for it to subtract from. You can see in this post a dev confirm that mobs don't have an actual defense stat to speak of.

Only the way it was explained by Cryptic it was the exact opposite of a new customer promotion, it was a loyalty promotion for pre-existing accounts only. Ok it is clearer now but I still have questions: 1) Did you have to transfer a certain amount of zen into Neverwinter to receive the E-mail? I had transfer 3 zen (from peanut labs) previously and another 3 today, but no E-mail. (I have a Rixty GC I can use to charge the 1000 zen into my wallet if I do qualify.) 2) You say…
