I like the Earth Set, pre mod 10. Since Mod 10, though, it no longer gives any bonus. I wouldn't recommend it on a CW, though.

Still not working for me. I submitted a ticket a while back and they told me to unequip and re-equip and also to equip something else and then equip back (did both before filed ticket to no avail.) Needless to say, nothing worked and it is still broken and I do not really think there is any work to fix it.
