I think it is bigger than that. Can't log into Team Speak either. Something happened somewhere. Server status is now green but still getting the can't authenticate message.

This is definitely not computer or user issue, it is something with Cryptic and the game and it is getting worse. I have found that if I switch characters very slowly I don't get logged out.
