I thought that at first but I have gone to the campfire and went did some ah checking/professions/etc. returned to combat and it still wouldn't work after refilling determination.

Same here I had a 1950 mb patch no preview installed

Exactly (Region, Server, ISP) the same for me. It started yesterday about 3pm PST and is still occuring today. The rubberbanding and disconnects make playing inpossible.
