I know you are aware of the network issues and the frequent lags and forced log offs that have been prevalent for MONTHS now and are looking into it, but some kind of an ETA or assessment would be nice. The game is becoming almost unplayable in its current state. Thanks in advance!

I continue to have this problem as well. Entered a help ticket. Maybe next time I'll contact a GM but I know this isn't there true arena, but perhaps it will get focus that way. Any Moderator or Manager out there want to give me a reply, I would appreciate it. After all, this is a pet people pay $ for. Thanks.

Well, it is true that the article didn't say what time, but it did specifically say what day. Just saying. I know today isn't over yet, but people who pay actual money for something should be treated just like paying customers for any other purchase they make (be it physical or digital). Up to 6 hours downtime now according to logon screen...yikes. I assume it's more than the few updates listed??
