Don't know how much this will help... but, I created a second character (and don't know if it is the instance that the character is running in) the game plays faster. Not the normal speed but, faster. Noticed another issue: 'gameclient.exe' takes at least 2 minutes before closing it's process after exiting the game…

So much LAG... the night before the patch it was running as usual (like a top). Patch blew out my in game settings, etc. Can't play. Oh well ya get what you pay for.
