Guys, what do you think of the new Relic / Headsman Armor? I think it deserves a try

Concerning the Artifact Weapons, Twisted Weapons can grant you pretty much 4000 power and some defense. So my point is if the Twisted weapons worth a try. I dont use wheel of Elements( I prefer Sigil of the Devoted) so my AP refill fast and I think the 4000 bonus to power + some defense is a nice buff. What do you think?

Yeah but they also have their active bonus(in case of Black Dragon there is this 10% up crit chance and in case of Allure there is the slow chance). So any specific suggestions or there active bonus have a minor advantage?

For someone that cannot afford Bonding runestones(right now) which augment would you suggest( Ioun Stone of allure or Black Dragon Ioun Stone)?

Guys i would like to ask you something else. Would you suggest using 2 Personalized adamant rings of Piercing(Power + ArP) or 2 Personalized adamant rings of Recovery(Power + Recovery)? I mean soul scorch doent have a recharge time, so which option is better?
