The improvement is so minimal that anyone in end game gear would be unable to tell the difference. I think the change is so small that it would be impossible to even measure the difference. E-peen is pretty much the only value and the more AD you throw at it the larger it gets. lol

Just hitting the mob is enough to give you loot no matter how much damage you do. I do not know if it lowers the xp the other player will get because I've never watched my xp gain from a fight when someone jumps in. I do know that killing a mob already tagged will not count towards my quest progression.

You can't unbind it so there is no bug. That ability hasn't been added to the game yet. If you used it on your character then it is stuck on that character for now.
