glad i'm not the only one...oh, 'cept I did it twice...still no rename. And I purchased an appearance change, and did not receive that either. hopefully I just did it wrong and i'm not out the money

yup, no problem buying it on the credit card and transferring it to game,,, I had the zen in game, just haven't received the in game appearance change and name changes...maybe its just a bug..not panicking yet...altho not getting the $20 starter kit I paid for is annoying

same...in fact I bought twice...thinking I screwed up the first time. asked for a refund on one so we'll see how that goes. altho, I still never received my starter pack either, put in a ticket for that and it mysteriously disappeared - twice. I dropped almost 400 between founders packs and zen, so hopefully this all gets…
