I am in the same boat. I did not buy anything from a 3rd party. Support seems to give you an automated response, then no other response at all. Disappointing. To make it worse, these topics get closed by the mods with a stock message as well. All I really want is for someone to acknowledge that they are looking into this…

It seems that if you can get out of the zone, don't go back in until this is fixed. Just going back in instantly made me stuck again. For me the dungeon que is bugged as well. Are characters saved on the server per all mmos? Was gonna try deleting the game save off of my box and the cloud but I Don't want to lose my characters...

So my character was moved from Helm's Hold to the Enclave, everything seemed to be ok, then I went back to HH to turn in quests and move on. AAAAnd I'm stuck here again. This time just entering the zone did it. Last mention on twitter was that they are aware of the problem 13 hours ago.... This is game breaking

Arc has responded to my ticket- They are going to force move my characters to the Enclave. Now when I logged in to make my my companions idle for the move, I was in a different instance and able to click stuff. Character one is in Helms Hold- instance "South Gate #2" and second character is in Blacklake District- instance "The Tatters #3"

This is happening to me as well. Entering the Lair of the Mad Dragon spawns you at the last camp fire. Have been unable to do this dungeon for 2 days now. Also when the prompt to enter pops up, it always has a few spots x'd out.
