• I keep seeing people out of combat spinning their weapons and slashing at stuff how are they doing that? When i am not in combat I can't toggle in and out of it unless I'm missing something? Is it only certain classes that can do that?

• Still down for me, using Arc, says server is still down and keeps telling me my login info is wrong.
