• Wow, that is expecting a lot in terms of customer service. I would go for that bit in a heartbeat. I also like the OP's idea as well. A broken economy like this is just not fixable IMHO and needs the big "reset" button pushed.

• Just ran a Foundry quest I do for my dailies. XP was about 25% what it used to be and the loot was pretty sad as well.

• The queue is terrible, but the in-game lag is almost worse. The queue system needs some serious work. When you get disconnected, you shouldn't have to wait another 2 hours to get back in. So far, I am glad I did not buy the HOTN packs for my wife and I yet
