Don't blame the developer, blame the business analyst who did not write the requirements for the AH to not allow this and the software test engineers who did not boundary test this.
Wow, that is expecting a lot in terms of customer service. I would go for that bit in a heartbeat. I also like the OP's idea as well. A broken economy like this is just not fixable IMHO and needs the big "reset" button pushed.
The queue is terrible, but the in-game lag is almost worse. The queue system needs some serious work. When you get disconnected, you shouldn't have to wait another 2 hours to get back in. So far, I am glad I did not buy the HOTN packs for my wife and I yet
