Identical situation. No sound, hardware is working, alienware 15r3. It may be some Realtek Audio driver issue. I tried updating and downgrading the drivers but no solution. Edit: solved by closing Alienware Sound Center.

Terrible lag here too, from EU. My internet connection is fine elsewhere. Tried eu proxies and it'is unplayable all the same. BTW what happened to our beloved eu2 proxy?
