• I just have BLACK CHARACTER SELECTION screen. I can hear the music in the background but I can't see anything. This is after the Cryptic load screen and the Neverwinter load screen after that which happens after selecting PLAY on the patch/launcher. When I go to minimize the screen it crashes every single time.

• Again another great idea. The thing IS, I tried "Tech Suppost" and "It" or "They" gave me this "C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Battle of the Immortals\Bin" as an option to type into the address bar and it kept taking me to a dead end;)

• It's a great idea. man. But the thing is I've already tried that. I also tried Safe Mode. Both option's keeping crashing on me.
