Thanks for that reply :-) I thought the 4 set only procs of encounter powers, are you sure it procs off at-wills too? Do you also know if it's still possible to reach these stats using knights captain: 2k Deflection 3k Recovery 22-24% Arpen Using rank 7s and Ioun stone of Allure
I've been running the buff spec since the patch hit for threat changes and have had no problem with groups, I am just struggling on choosing between the T1 knight captain or T2 high general. I actually crit quite often because I have Ioun stone of allure + the tricksters +5% crit buff this is why I am struggling to choose…
I'm Tank/Buff the group spec and I use 4 set Grand Regent and Ancient shield/sword. You can reach your defence, deflect soft caps easily and the regen I get when im in combat is actually really nice. I'm thinking of changing to high general set though but i'm still trying to work out if i'll be able to get 2k deflect…
Respecced to Conq and did a few T2s and tbh, I miss my tank/buff the party spec and a feel on a whole the group and me perfroms better with me specced as tank/buff spec while still doing respectable damage myself. Thanks for the replies anyways
I am struggling to see how the Tank/Buff build slows your group down? I've been running a similar build since the patch that fixed threat and stuff and groups love me. spam into the fray for increase AP gain and +5% damage, pop knights valor when clerics AS is down so everyone takes less damage plus I take 5% reduction…
Will you do more damage using WMS to debuff then using Wicked strike untill you need to refresh WMS on 3+ mobs or is it better to just keep spamming WMS. I don't like Reaping strike either :-P
Thanks alot you've been massive help! as for at-wills, obviously weaponmaster strike is a must, what about the second one though. on one of the guides it says to just spam WMS on the adds, the other one says to use WMS for the debuff then use Wicked Strike untill yuo need to refresh the debuff...
There seems to be 2 instigator guides on the master list of class builds sticky, both say to aim for different stats and use different at-wills, does anyone know which guide is difinitivly more accurate/better to follow please?
Slam-spam sounds boring, I like to use my encounters and at-wills more than using a daily as many times as possible so I guess instigator is the way to go?
Thanks for the reply, I just looked at both the Instigator and Destroyer feats, how does Instigator do more damage? Like none of the feats apart from 2 actually improve damage output yet the destroyer tree nearly every feat improves damage output
I agree with the OP, got my GWF to 60 last week and was very happy to have my first and only character to 60. started queuing for T1 dungeons, as soon as i enter, i get instantly kicked lol wtf...... I just wasted all my time leveling that GWF to 60 and i feel like ditching this game now, I really do.
I wonder how many people will be quitting due to them not doing a complete whipe, players will still be rolling around with gear and items that was gained through earlier bugs and exploits.
I too vote for a complete wipe. The people that uninstall the game afterwards will all be the ones that probablt abused bugs and exploits in the game anyway, so good! Even from all the effort that i've put into my character I still vote for complete whipe just because it pisses me off that people cheat there way to…
