I have to agree with Zephyriah here, if finishing level one is frustrating to you then it might be best for you to stop working on it. As I'm sure you know at the top of each section there are items that rotate that you can make. Half the time the item in question is rank 3 outcome of one of these. So it might say you are going to make gem pants, but if you get rank 3 you will make gem elemental pants.

Yup this has been happening for a while. The only way around it is for players to wait for the fallen to return to the plate before opening any chests

agreed you don't get an error message most of the time the game just kicks you out and you have to fully close it and restart. These have been happening for months for the record. One of my guildmates has it happen at least once a day if not more.
