  • I am experiencing the same stuttering issue. I am also running an 8 core processor (Fx-8350) AMD Radeon HD 6900 GPU and 16GB of RAM. Game is pretty unplayable at the moment. Hope this gets look into as soon as possible. I was experiencing absolutely zero problems running Neverwinter pre Mod 4 patch.
