its very annoying to me that every ticket i put ingame tells me to check my email, i check it, and i have an email saying check your question out on the support page. all i wanted was to know why it wasnt letting me unbind a companion i paid $30 for...ha
i am a founder, i paid my $60, got all confirmation emails, and had a ticket go through with the reply telling me that i am able to participate in the beta.
all i can say is, that for all these problems, i would like at least some kind of compensation for them taking my money and not giving me what was promised with the product. i just want to play...ha, the 'support' page was about as useful and a toilet paper boat....
